What we collect
When you claim a listing or subscribe, we collect the details you provide (name, email, phone/WhatsApp, business info). When you sign up for our newsletter we collect your email. We collect basic, privacy-respecting analytics on directory usage (page views, clicks).
Business listing data
Listings are compiled from publicly available web and social profiles. If you are a business owner, you can claim your listing to control it, or email us to request changes or removal.
How we use it
To operate and improve the directory, communicate with you about your listing or subscription, send the newsletter (if you opted in), and report aggregate “enquiry click” counts to the relevant business on paid plans. We do not sell your personal data.
Third parties
We use service providers to run the site (e.g. hosting, database, payments, email and analytics tools). Outbound links (Instagram, Google Maps, WhatsApp, business websites) are governed by those parties' own privacy policies.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time, and request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing hello@glow.tt.
